‘Ladies Day’
An exuberant comedy about four likely lasses from a Hull fish factory on a day trip to the races, by the company who brought you Lilies on the Land, last year.
Work, love and life are just one long, hard slog for the fish-filleting foursome Pearl, Jan, Shelley and Linda. But their fortunes are set to change when Linda finds tickets to Ladies Day at Royal Ascot the year it relocated to York.
Hilarity ensues when the Yorkshire lasses mix it with the upper classes and celebrities, as they head off to the races for a drink, a flirt and a flutter. Join the fun and see if they can hit the jackpot – and more besides…

‘Lillies On The Land’
During World War II, Britain’s men answered the call to arms and joined the Army, Navy and Air Force. This left the farms and factories without a sufficient workforce. The Women’s Land Army was formed to fill this gap on the farms, and women from all over the country, from all walks of life answered the call.
Lilies on the Land follows the journey of four women in particular, as they undertake backbreaking work and long hours, supporting the War effort. These four women deal with the challenges with determination, fortitude and most of all, humour.
Each has their own story to tell, ranging from tractor driving, calf – birthing and much more. These women are feisty, funny and forthright.

‘Stitched Up”
Stitched Up is a darkly comic meta-dissection of Mary Shelley’s masterpiece. It starts with Dr. Frankenstein recounting his experiences as a mad scientist – interrupted by the bickering Creature, a French peasant, a mad professor… and the Bride of Frankenstein. Each character retells their part of the story from their own perspective and tries to justify their place in the canon.
Night of the Living Dead™ Live
Night of the Living Dead™ Live is a comedic re-imagining of George A. Romero’s classic film, which was produced at a time of incredible social and political upheaval. More than just a re-creation of the story, the play also celebrates the history and influence of the movie.
